Quality Policy
Srivatsa Engineering has Service Execution Plan (Company Quality Plan) to ensure Quality Assurance compliance throughout the life cycle of every project along with a specific ‘Project Execution Plan’ (PEP).
- We operate a QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, integrated within our corporate system to ensure consistency in adherence to set standards at all levels of operation.
- Employees, vendors and subcontractors are evaluated for quality assurance through comprehensive scrutiny of their past performance and existing practices.
- It is the company policy that all employees practice the principles of Quality Management. Our processes and procedures are constantly monitored and reviewed to ensure continuing effectiveness and suitability through continuous improvement.
- Keeping this as the base factor, a detailed quality assurance system has been formulated within the company’s operations from the corporate level to its grass roots. The quality plan is based on the international standards.
Quality Objectives
Amongst SERS’s key objectives is to create client value through excellence in all our operations. Quality is a main pillar of this objective. In whatever we undertake, we must strive to deliver a product that will last well beyond and quality is our main quest.
